This site sets no cookies, does not use local storage, and has no accounts, forms or advertising. I count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which also uses no cookies.

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see roughly where visits come from and which browsers and devices are used. It does not set cookies or use local storage, and it does not build profiles of visitors or follow them across other sites. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver this measurement; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

The legal basis is my legitimate interest in understanding, in aggregate, how the site is used (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). You can object to this at any time by writing to me.

Cloudflare runs a global network and may process the visit counts outside the European Economic Area, under safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

The site is a set of static files. Whoever hosts it may keep standard server logs, such as the IP address and time of a request, to deliver and secure the site.

Under the GDPR you can ask me for access to your data, to correct or delete it, and to restrict or object to its use. You can also complain to a data protection authority. In the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
